Assistant Store Manager
We are currently looking for a new Assistant Store Manager; the successful applicant will be responsible for management of the store team, customer service, retail operations and profitability of the store in the absence of the Store Manager. This is our flagship store so we need someone who gives the WOW factor!
Successful applicants will be invited to interview on Wednesday 21st February 2018.
The successful candidate should be able to recognise our customer needs. They need to strive on being able to provide a specialist support to the professional by having previous hair or beauty experience. You will not only share a functional and emotional connection with our customers but a deep knowledge and passion for their industry, whilst delivering great standards and first class service to our customers.
To apply for the role you must have experience of working within retail, in a supervisory or management position. You must also have knowledge of full retail operations, driving store KPI's and exceeding customer excellence targets.
