Education Manager - Coordinating external training courses

We are looking for an Education Manager to join our busy Merchandising team, where you would be managing the training provision to our customers from start to finish. Working closely with and negotiating training packages with our suppliers to co-ordinate and create our training course prospectus. Liaising with internal stakeholders to identify promotional deals to compliment our course offering and taking responsibility for continually planning and reviewing our promotional plans.

Supporting our store managers to promote courses at store level, you will be the sole point of contact for all things course related! This role has a large responsibility to continually negotiate with suppliers to develop the prospectus, manage all course communication and admin.

As a European business this role could have the potential to grow. Therefore, research into how our European counterparts manage their Education function will enable us to understand best practice and the provision of Education across the business.
