We have a vacancy in our busy Corporate Accounts team for a Key Accounts Administrator – based in Hillington, Glasgow
About the role …
Main duties will include taking and processing customers’ orders, answering customers queries, managing the Key Accounts Customer Inbox, coordinating order deliveries, obtaining and providing POD’s, printing and posting/emailing invoices to customers.
About you …
You will need to have previous administrative experience and skills with the ability to plan, organise and manage your time effectively. Possess excellent communication skills and be able to communicate at all levels both verbally and in writing. Work on your own initiative as well as part of a small team. Be PC literate in MS packages Excel/Outlook/Word.
